Calcium Buffer For Reef Aquaria

KENT LIQUID REACTOR is a complete ionically balanced calcium-buffering system for reef aquariums and is designed to give the same results as a calcium reactor without the cost and risks associated with CO2 overdose. KENT LIQUID REACTOR will raise the concentrations of calcium, magnesium, strontium, carbonates (alkalinity) and other trace minerals within the system without the addition of chlorides, nitrates or phosphates. For best results use simultaneously with KENT KALWASSER MIX, KENT ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS and KENT TECH I.

Directions:

Shake well for 5-10 seconds before use. Add 5-10ml (1-2 capfuls) per 200 litres of aquarium capacity until target calcium and alkalinity levels are reached. A calcium level of 400-450 mg/L (ppm) and an alkalinity level of 8-12° dKH (2.9-4.5 meq/L) combined with a pH of 8.0-8.3 are recommended for reef aquariums. The use of accurate test kits is recommended when using this product. KENT LIQUID REACTOR is best dosed at night to counter the natural drop in pH, which occurs during this time. Due to its concentrated formula it is possible that KENT LIQUID REACTOR may cloud the aquarium. Any cloudiness will usually clear within an hour. Caution: May cause eye or skin irritation.
